Pas. Henry Francis and his wife, Pas. Sheila are pastors at Bahamas Faith Ministries. Pas. Henry is a multi-gifted teacher and administrator who has been involved in the ministry of the Gospel from an early age. Pas. Henry has spent 30 years in Finance and Banking in the Bahamas, during which he reaped an abundant interest. Drawing extensively from his banking background, Pas. Henry now weaves illustrations with deep spiritual truths that have ministered and impacted many.

As a banker, he has held a wide range of clerical and managerial positions with Barclays Bank, PLC, and British American Bank formerly First Home Banking Centre. His expertise in banking was developed through a combination of specialized courses locally and abroad, on the job training, and studying with the London Institute of Bankers and University of Miami extension courses.

A gifted teacher of the Word and administrator, Pas. Henry has ministered as a seminar teacher and conference speaker. He is one of the founding directors of Bahamas Faith Ministries and was in charge of the finances since the ministry started until 2001. Pas. Sheila's ministry title "Pastor" came later in life in her work at BFM. Prior to full-time ministry work, her administrative skills were hewn over the years in various professional roles including employment at Bahamas Tractor, Arawak Trust Company, the Bahamas Nursing Council and the law offices of Micheal Dean.

In 1982, Pas. Sheila became the first full-time employee of BFMI, beginning in an administrative capacity to establish a full-time church office. From the 1980’s to 2014, she worked as the Executive Administrator to Dr. Myles Munroe and also became the Manager of the Leading Edge Leadership and Correspondence Departments. During her 33 years at BFM, she managed diverse aspects of international conference operations, travelled on mission trips, taught marriage class, and led cell group with Pas. Henry at their home.

Pas. Henry and Sheila met at church and their family life has centered around church and community outreach for over 50 years. They have three lovely adult daughters and four grandchildren.
