A Seed of Inspiration
A Tribute to Elder Al Nottage

It must have been 1955 or 1954 because it was in the old Central Building that faced East and West. Our class of boys was near the entrance at the east of the building.

He made a statement or asked the question, “What it would be like if someone had a class called FBI? We all know that in the United States it means Federal Bureau of Investigation, but we could call it Faithful Bible Investigators!”

That day he sowed a seed in my heart that the Lord has watered until it sprung up, tended it after it sprung, and pruned it until it is now exploding on the inside of me.

To Elder Al Nottage I owe a debt of gratitude for his faithful service in Central Gospel Chapel and more so for being one of the instruments God used to direct my life along a pathway of hungering and thirsting for the righteousness that only God can give.
